- Custom or made-to-order items may take 2–4 weeks to manufacture before dispatch. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

- Metro Cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Non-Metro Areas: 8–12 business days after dispatch
- Bulk Orders/Custom Furniture: Timeline will be communicated via email or phone.

- For larger items like beds, wardrobes, and dining sets, free installation is available in select cities.
